As the space available is limited, the Exhibition stalls will be booked on first come first serve basis.
Matter for advertisements (colour separation or camera ready art work) should be submitted before one week along with the payment of the advertisement charges.
Complimentary Registration & Advertisement in the Souvenir:
Companies opting for a large stall, will be provided with two complementary registrations as full delegates & one full page advertisement in the Souvenir and those opting for a regular stall two registrations as full delegates will be provided as compliments.
Complimentary Exhibition Stall:
The Companies sponsoring Lunch will be given one stall free of charge to exhibit their range of products.
CLINICAL UPDATE SERIES @ GMC HOSPITAL
1. Seminars will be held on the LAST THURSDAY of the month. Topics may vary, which will be intimated accordingly. Timings and agenda will remain the same for all seminars, unless specified.
2. Doctors can register for more than one seminar, using one application form.
