GMC : Government College Of Engineering , Aurangabad Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (GMC) is an initiative of the students of Government College of Engineering , Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar ( formerly Aurangabad)   that works on the motto ‘Engage, Encourage, Empower'. It aims to create a platform to discuss, debate and work on national and international issues in a respectful democratic and collaborative manner. We aim to become a voice for the youth and a medium between them and global values. Trying to make our team and every person that we come upon a global citizen and a better human; We have been a part of various MUN conferences and Youth Parliaments across the country.  Along the road after three years of our installation we have continuously  tried to engage more students towards the MUN, encourage them to keep doing that, and empower them with the values that build the UN by imparting knowledge that we have received in our learning  process. We have provided students opportunities to participate in inter-college MUNs, national and international conferences. During the process we have become a hub for sharing stories of impactful MUN activities, best practices, and ways to support, thorough action, the Sustainable Development Goals.  Our goal is to encourage students to develop not only public speaking skills but also confidence , leadership skills , teamwork and other essential skills like research , rational and critical thinking. Following these steps, we at GECA MUN validate opinions and strive for action.We plan to build a legacy and continue it for the benefit of long-life learning for a peaceful and constructive growth in diplomacy.
